I'm Jennifer S. Heslop, and I feel what's true before it's spoken.
As an empath, a creative strategist, author, and leadership coach, my work has always been the same at its core: hold the truth, illuminate it, and strengthen it. Whether I'm sitting across from a leader in the middle of the hardest year of their life, or inside an organization where the mission has started to crack under the weight of its own contradictions, I do the same thing. I listen. I wait. And when the moment is right, I name what's already there.
Over 15 years I have worked across the arts, social impact, and organizational leadership. I have produced live performance series celebrating the full range of human expression, served as general manager for the first mobile social justice museum in New York City, and held vision and truth at the executive level inside organizations navigating their most significant transitions.
The walls are falling and the veil is lifting. Facades, individual and organizational, always crack. What's underneath is where the real work begins.
Empathy Blueprint is my life's work and my ethos. It is the foundation of everything I build, write, and lead. I am the author of six ebooks spanning healing, threshold, and leadership, written for the bold creatives and conscious leaders who are ready to stop performing and start leading from who they actually are.
